Week One – Day One

Today I choose not to drink!!!  Feeling good, although my triggers are later in the day usually but I have supports set up for that.  Alternate drinks, plenty of books, coloring books, podcasts to listen too… I’m prepared. My journal has a place to write down feelings and anxieties.  Self care, self care, self care!!!!  That’s to be my new motto!
